Recently, I signed up for a 7-day trial of an online yoga platform that I used to follow back during the pandemic. It brought back some memories—about five years ago, I had done a full month of online yoga classes during COVID lockdowns. I was curious to see how much the platform had changed since then.

The On-Demand Classes that come with the monthly membership at YogaBarnOnline.com

Surprisingly, not much had changed.

The On-Demand Classes that come with the monthly membership felt pretty much the same as they did five years ago. I didn’t notice much growth in variety or number of classes, which was a bit disappointing.

However, one thing that has changed is the introduction of “series bundles.” These are curated collections of 5 to 6 classes taught by popular and well-known instructors. The catch? These bundles aren’t included in the monthly membership—you have to purchase them separately.

So with just a monthly membership, there honestly wasn’t much I found worth diving into. Most of the high-quality content seems to be locked behind those bundles.

In short, I wouldn’t recommend the monthly plan unless you’re totally new to yoga or just want to explore a few classes casually. But if there’s a specific teacher you love, or a topic you’re really curious about, buying one of the series bundles might be a better choice. I might try one of those next time.
